摘要： 针对底板揭缓倾斜突出厚煤层传统揭煤技术中存在的安全岩柱厚度控制困难、放揭煤炮后易留下“煤坎”等问题，提出了“留底”法构造石门导硐揭煤技术并进行了系统阐述。结合胡底煤矿主运输石门措施巷揭3#煤具体情况，详细讨论了相关施工工艺流程和关键安全技术措施。实践证明，该方法能安全有效揭缓倾斜突出厚煤层。

Abstract: For the problems of floor uncovering inclined outburst thick Coal Seam with easily leave "Coal Kan"when uncovering coal blasting、difficulty controlling postpile thick, and so on. This text system introducing how use the technology of structural cross-cut heading and safety technical points in working. When uncovering 3# coal in HU Di Coal mine of the main transportation Cross-cut measures tunnel. Result showing that this technology can safely and effectively uncover inclined outburst thick coal seam.
